PREDICT

PREDICT generates clinical-grade, personalized PRS reports that provide your patients with individualized risk assessments that will improve health outcomes and facilitate effective health management for a range of common diseases.

No specialized technical knowledge needed.

With Allelica’s state-of-the-art plug and play solution, take advantage of years of research, bioinformatics and software development performed by the Allelica team.

Simply upload the patient’s genotyped data and select the reports you want - let the Allelica platform do the work

Upload patient genotyped data

PREDICT is optimized to work with raw microarray or lcWGS data as low as 1X coverage. Users start by uploading into the platform genotype data from either single or multiple patients, in any of a variety of standard genomic data formats. If required, Allelica's imputation engine is used to enrich the genotype data to make it ready for PRS analysis.

Select scores of interest

After the data is uploaded, users select the PRS to run on the patient data. Users can apply any of the over 700 scores, including Allelica’s internally developed and validated scores and those that are available in the PGS Catalog. It is also straightforward for users to apply their own PRS if available. Scores ranging from cardiology to oncology to physiological traits can be run. PREDICT generates each patient’s score and aligns it to an ancestry-specific distribution.

Generate personalized report

After a score has been calculated, PREDICT provides personalized reports that present a patient’s polygenic risk in context. The effect of a patient’s score on their risk of disease depends on a variety of other factors, such as age, sex, and in some cases clinical risk factors such as BMI. Allelica’s reports harness this information to generate integrated risk assessments, which are available as white label products and digital tools and that can ultimately be integrated with electronic health records.

Software as a Service by Allelica

Allelica’s Software as a Service consists of three modules: PREDICT for clinical genetics laboratories and health systems; DISCOVER for anyone wishing to develop their own PRS; and VALIDATE which is used to test existing and new scores on an independent dataset.

All Allelica’s modules are available on the cloud or on-premise for genetics laboratories to streamline PRS calculation and reporting with a simple file upload.

The easy-to-use interface requires only a few clicks and can produce customized Polygenic Risk Score reports within hours. These reports can be uploaded directly into a physician portal or into EHRs using the latest in API integration.

Allelica’s technology is designed to simplify the process of Polygenic Risk Score calculation, analysis and reporting. With three simple steps, users can generate highly personalized reports for a range of diseases.
